Personal Data Protection Policy:

Your Personal Data which you provide in the registration form (the “Personal Data”) will be processed, collected, used and disclosed by The ARK Sports Management (the “Organiser”), its related corporations and affiliates, including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (the “Group”), in accordance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the coordination and administration of the The ARK 2020 Futsal & Cricket League (“Event Purpose”).
By participating in the Event, you consent to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data by the Organiser for the Purposes set out above and within the conditions.

Terms and conditions

1. The ARK Futsal & Cricket League is organised by The ARK Sports Management Pte Ltd (the “Organiser”).

2. By participating in the Event, you have read and agree with the Event terms and conditions.

3. The Organiser reserves the rights to forfeit your registration and not grant you access to the Event if payment and completed registration form are not received in order.

4. You must be 21 years of age and above.

5. Registration is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.

6. You are aware that you are taking part in this Event at your own risk and The ARK Sports Management Pte Ltd, its employees and its agents, the sponsors, service providers and appointed agencies will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered or otherwise and howsoever arising from the Event.

7. The Organiser will need to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes of the Event.

8. Photographs and/or videos will be taken during this Event by the Organiser or any third parties engaged on behalf of the Organiser. Your photograph, image and likeness including digitalized image likeness (Collectively “images”) may be captured or recorded, and processed by cameras, videography and/or digital imaging systems. By participating in the Event, you shall be deemed to grant full rights to the ARK Sports Management Pte Ltd to use these images and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity, for marketing or other related purposes as set out in the ARK Sports Management Pte Ltd Data Protection Policy, including printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and other applications. You further agree that all intellectual property rights in the photographs, film and/or recording which may be taken of you at the Event belongs solely to the Organiser and its related corporations.

9. The Organiser may cancel or change the Event schedule and programme without any prior notice.

Event Terms & Conditions:

1. General

1.1 The ARK Sports Management, its employees and its agents, the sponsors, service providers and appointed agencies will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered or otherwise and howsoever arising from the Event nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation but subject to conditions below, cancellation or postponement of the event. Any other refunds shall be made only at the management’s discretion.

1.2 The ARK Futsal & Cricket League registration are managed by Ark Sports Management. Any other registration is invalid.

1.3 The Organisers may alter, add, withdraw or substitute offerings and / or the advertised details of the event without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Fee

2.1 The Organiser reserves the rights to forfeit your registration and not grant you access to the event, in the circumstances payment is not received and/or registration is incomplete or invalid.

2.2 Participants must be 21 years of age and above to register for the event.

2.3 A minimum of 6 members, from each team, must be from the same company.

2.4 Verification will be done upon submission of completed registration form. In the event of any dispute over the registration fees, the Organiser’s decision is final, and no further correspondence shall be entertained.

3. Cancellation ad Refund Policy

3.1 After confirmation, no cancellations may be made. Registration and payment made are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3.2 Strictly no refunds will be made under any circumstances

4. Personal Data

4.1 The Organiser will need to collect and use participants’ personal data to facilitate the administration of the Event.

4.2 Photographs and/or videos will be taken during the Event. By participating in the Event, the participants shall be deemed to grant full rights to the The ARK Sports Management Pte Ltd to use these images and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity, marketing or other related purposes as set out in the ARK Sports Management Pte Ltd Data Protection Policy, including printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and other applications.

4.3 The Participants further agree that all intellectual property rights in the photographs, film and/or recording which may be taken of them you at the Event belong solely to The ARK Sports Management Pte Ltd and its related corporations.

5. Damage/losses

5.1 The Organiser will not accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event.

5.2 Event participants voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequently to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
